At EuTaxFlow.com, protecting your privacy is our core operational principle. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information across our web applications and utilities.
1. Client-Side Data Processing Guarantee
All calculations — including EU VAT, OSS VAT, PDF invoice generation, IBAN verification, late payment interest, discount math, and paycheck estimates — execute 100% client-side within your browser JavaScript engine. We do not collect, transmit, log, or store your financial numbers, customer details, invoice items, or bank account inputs on any remote server. The single exception is the optional live VIES check on the VAT Validator, which sends the VAT number you submit to the official EU database through a relay in order to perform the lookup.
2. Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)
EuTaxFlow.com is not currently showing third-party advertisements: our Google AdSense application was not approved, so no ad impressions run on this site. If advertising is enabled in future, third-party vendors including Google would use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites, strictly after your consent choice:

3. Web Analytics & Server Logs
Like most standard websites, our web server collects standard anonymous connection logs (such as IP address, user agent, browser type, referring page, and timestamp) strictly for server diagnostics, security monitoring, and anti-abuse defense. These logs are never linked to tool inputs, which — except for the optional VIES lookup above — never leave your device.
4. GDPR & User Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, port, or request deletion of personal data. Because we do not retain financial form inputs or personal identification data, there is no persistent personal record kept on our infrastructure — a deletion request therefore completes trivially: clearing your browser's local consent choice removes the only thing we store (your cookie preference).
5. CCPA / California Privacy Rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. EuTaxFlow does not sell or share personal information: tool inputs never reach our servers, and advertising cookies apply only after your consent choice.
