About EuTaxFlow
EuTaxFlow.com was created to give freelancers, small businesses, and cross-border e-commerce merchants access to fast, accurate, and completely private business financial utilities.
Our Core Philosophy: Private by Design
Most online calculators send your confidential numbers to remote servers. We built EuTaxFlow differently: Client-Side Execution. Calculations run locally inside your browser and tool inputs are not sent to our servers. The only exception is the optional live VIES lookup on the VAT Validator, which sends the VAT number you enter to the official EU database through a relay.
What We Offer
- EU and Cross-Border VAT Tools: instant rate calculations for 30 countries.
- Invoicing and Compliance: client-side PDF invoice generation, VAT validators, UBL 2.1 e-invoicing.
- Financial Calculators: late payment interest, IBAN validation, currency conversion, discount math, US paycheck.
- Country VAT Guides: detailed guides for all 27 EU member states.
Who Runs EuTaxFlow
EuTaxFlow is run by CA Neha Tabassum, Chartered Accountant and tax-technology enthusiast. I build free browser-based tax tools because small businesses and freelancers deserve private, no-sign-up calculators that respect their data.
One-person project: CA Neha Tabassum both builds these tools and authors/reviews every guide — the byline on each article page is the same person who runs the site.
Background: 10+ years in fintech and tax compliance software. Previously built VAT automation for cross-border e-commerce platforms serving 50+ countries.
Mission: Make EU tax compliance accessible without compromising privacy. Most tools run fully client-side — your financial data never leaves your browser. The optional VIES lookup is the exception: it forwards the VAT number to the EU database to perform the check.
Professional note: EuTaxFlow tools and articles are general information, not personalized professional advice — tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances. Always verify calculations with your tax authority or advisor before acting.
Editorial Process & Review Policy
Every rate table shows its verification date and sources. Before publishing, figures are checked against official publications (EU Commission, ECB, IRS, national tax authorities); pages are re-verified when rates change each January and July. Articles carry a byline with their last review date. Found an error? Report it — corrections are logged in the changelog.
